### Can I get replacement parts?

Yes.  
Replacement parts are available if needed, including:  

*   Doors
*   Hardware
*   Panels
*   Other components

One of the advantages of our system is that you can **repair or update individual parts** instead of replacing the entire cabinet system.

### Can I cancel or return my order?

Because our cabinets are **custom-built to your specifications**, they cannot be returned once production begins.  

*   Orders are processed quickly after being placed
*   Once in production, orders **cannot be cancelled or changed**

### What is your return policy?

Return policies vary depending on the product:  
**Custom cabinets:**  

*   Non-returnable (made to order)

**Stock items (such as slatwall, accessories, overhead racks):**  

*   May be returned
*   Subject to a **10% restocking fee**
*   Shipping costs are not refundable

### What if I don’t like my cabinets?

Because cabinets are **custom-built**, they are not eligible for standard returns.  
We strongly encourage:
