Full payment is required at the time you place your order by clicking the **“Buy Now”** button in the design tool.  
Because all cabinets are **made to order**, production begins only after your order is confirmed. This helps ensure accurate scheduling and timely delivery.

Ordering is simple:  

1.  Create your design using our online design tool
2.  Review your layout and pricing
3.  Place your order directly through the tool

We strongly recommend speaking with one of our designers before ordering to:

*   Ensure everything is correct

### Can I talk to someone before ordering?

Yes—and we encourage it.  
This is an important investment, and our team is here to:

### Can I see your cabinets before I order?

Yes.  
We offer a **sample kit** that includes:  

*   Powder-coated door samples
*   Slatwall samples
*   Accessories

### How long does it take to get cabinets (lead time)?

Typical lead time is:  

*   **Approximately 3–4 weeks**

This can vary depending on:  

*   Order size
*   Production schedule

Your designer can provide the most accurate estimate for your project.

### What happens after I place my order?

Once your order is placed:  

1.  Your design is finalized and approved
2.  Cabinets are manufactured in our facility in **South Beloit, Illinois**
3.  Your order is carefully packaged and crated
4.  Cabinets are shipped directly to your home
5.  Delivery is scheduled with clear communication throughout

*   Once production has started, changes are typically **not possible**
